1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and U.S. territories.

Please note that shipping fees may vary depending on the destination and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


2. Shipping Method

Courier Service
All orders are shipped using DHL e-commerce and Amazon Courier for reliable delivery.

Shipping Fees

Standard U.S. Shipping (Contiguous States):

  • Cart total under $60: $6.99
  • Cart total $60 and up: Free shipping

Special U.S. Regions:
For the following locations, a flat shipping fee of $16.50 applies to all orders, regardless of cart total:

  • Hawaii (HI)
  • Alaska (AK)
  • Puerto Rico (PR)
  • U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)

All applicable shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout prior to order completion.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after shipment.
  • Orders shipped to remote or special regions may require additional delivery time depending on carrier conditions.

Customs Fees
As we ship within the United States only, there are no customs duties or import-related charges.


3. Fulfillment Process

Fulfillment Statuses

  • Unfulfilled: When an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, the status will appear as "Unfulfilled."

  • Fulfilled: Once your order has been shipped via Amazon Courier, the status will update to "Fulfilled," and tracking details will be provided.

4. Payment Options

We currently accept PayPal as the only payment method.
Please note that you can still pay with your credit or debit card securely via PayPal, even if you don’t have a PayPal account.


5. Additional Information

  • Preparation Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping Delays: While most shipments arrive within the estimated timeframe, external factors (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays) may cause slight delays.
